Your data in WCP

WCP is a hobby project for mount collectors. We keep only what the planner needs to work, and this page lists all of it.

What we store

  • Email address and password. The password is stored only as a hash, never as plain text.
  • Your collection progress: mount statuses, farming attempts, notes and wishlist.
  • Character snapshots you import from the game or Battle.net.
  • Farming routes you build and save.
  • Tokens of connected devices (the WCP Companion app and the in-game add-on import).

What we never store

  • No Battle.net data beyond what you explicitly share by signing in with Battle.net (your character and mount list).
  • No in-game chats or messages.
  • No payment data. The project has no paid features and never asks for card details.

Where it lives

Everything is kept on the project's own server. We do not sell your data and do not hand it to third parties.
